Decoupage Rice Papers are easy to use for decoupage and craft projects.
Apply mod podge or clear sealer on the  surface you want to adhere the Decoupage Rice Paper to, Apply your print and then smooth out the Decoupage Rice Paper starting at the center of the sheet, pushing outwards softly with your fingers to eliminate wrinkles and bubbles.
Apply a top coat mod podge or clear sealer and allow to dry.
Rice paper is a very translucent, and images appear most vibrant when applied over white or light colours.
